Time is a companion that goes with us on a journey. It reminds us to cherish each moment, because it will never come again. What we leave behind is not as important as how we have lived.

gorgeous lovely!
Outstanding pic.
Turkey has fish, who woulda thunk.
spacebar: Thak you :D
km: oh Turkey has lots of fish!! There's the black sea, the Aegean and the Mediterranean... miles and miles of coastline. In Istanbul in particular people eat a lot of fish - and they fish everywhere too! You will always see lines of people fishing.
Of course, there's loads of kebaps too :)
oooh nice. you are really really good at photography. show me some day, i mean, apart from the ones on the blog.
and yes km, luv, turkey has fish. in fact, i can only smell the sea when i think of istanbul.
Not a pretty sight for a vegetarian! Couldn't you post some pix of the dervishes instead? Live ones, I mean :-)
Turkey Has Fish.
Scout, that's a great album title. Now go write some tunes.
scout: thanks :) I agree with km about the album title and you writing tunes!
ghost: Well I have posted dervishes!!! It's not my fault you were MIA.
beautiful! I especially liked the pigeons from the b-w-series. and the dervishes, yes!
Wow! Now those are brilliant pix...and of living things too :-)
And, unlike TR, who says there that he prefers your colour pix, I think the B/W are wonderful. Maybe Istanbul has something to do with it but your pix also give the place a sense of another time.
Thank you to both of you :)
Ghost - I take little credit. It is all Istanbul. God I love that city.
what I wouldn't give to be at a balik lokantasi in kumkapi right now....
but you we will be back there soon now!
