Goodies!

Cheese, cheese, cheese - Borough Market (Southwark, London).

Zeytinler (olives) and condiments of all sorts - Borough Market

The Venetians come pretty close to meeting the Indian penchant for sickly sweet sweets. They have great desserts.

This is what happens when I am trying not to study, even though I should be. I end up looking at random pictures I have taken! And now I need a snack.

    Sines: :)

Aishwarya: I love cheese and olives. And I have a terribly sweet tooth. I'll be a diabetic soon :(

TR: London at 4 pm in December.

  6. what camera did you use?

  7. It's a Sony. Cybershot something (too lazy to check)...the one with the huge ass LCD screen. But mines pretty old now (keeping in mind how fast electronic stuff become old).

  8. I had no idea that people went about admitting that they use Sony Cybershots; it's a bit like admitting you listen to ABBA.

  9. Whats wrong with a cybershot??

  10. A Sony Cybershot is an excellent camera and there's no harm using it if you're Japanese and/or middle-aged and/or a page 3 socialite.

Just as no aspiring rock musician will ever admit to listening to Take That, no self-respecting amateur photographer would admit he/she uses a cybershot.

  11. Oh well. It takes perfectly decent pictures and is convenient. And I dont have money to buy anything else...

  12. interesting. the response is really good -- the first thing i'd noticed about your pictures was the vividness of the colors.

despite the fact that i prefer to play in b&w :-)

  13. and why is it that my previous 2 comments failed to show up here?

  14. TR: I don't complain about the camera....it's simple enough to play around with the settings. And I guess colours naturally appeal to me. It's the Steve McCurry influence maybe - I love, love, love his works.

P.S: Thank you for all the cambodia info.

T.A.P: Hmmm.....even blogger is acting up with you now???? What had you said in your comment? :P
And I'll do the tag - after my exams! :D

  18. TR: I like Cartier - Bresson loads too. But Curry's my man :) I met him once and couldn't stop gushing!

Punkster: You don't like sweet stuff?? How can you not!!
And do you drink your coffee without sugar as well?? (Bleh!)

Twilight Fairy: And thank you! :)

  19. I loved Borough Market always, not just coz whatever ingredient I ever needed I foudn there but the hseer sensory overload that the bazaar is. It's overwhelming even from a distance, far removed from the Old World sophistication of most of touristy London.
