just love these photographs, actually went back to quite a few previous posts and found lots of lovely ones. really like the stories in these pictures. have been following your blog for a little while now, and felt compelled to comment and commend :)
here's another "reappearance" (i never really went away!)
but now i'm here to ask why you're shooting (or is just uploading) predominantly in b&w. a slight change in philosophy, perhaps? ;-)

(I'm also fairly sure a variation on the first photograph - in probably the same location - is there somewhere in our family album...)
Oh, and B&W is simply rocking, as far as Banaras is concerned. More please!!!

tr: no, no change in philosophy - it's just been the last few posts, I'll revert to colour soon enough. (Though I liked shooting Benares in B&W because it helped sift through a lot of unnecessary noise in the frames as well).
